Cookie policy

This policy lists the cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) this website uses, and how you control them. "Cookies" below covers all of them.

1. Your choice

On your first visit a banner asks which optional categories you allow. Nothing optional is stored or loaded before you choose, and "Reject optional" is as easy as "Accept all". You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; it is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.

2. Strictly necessary

Needed for the site to work or to remember a setting you made yourself. They cannot be switched off.

• iktex_consent (cookie, 6 months) — your cookie choice.
• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, session) — the language you chose.
• iktex_session (cookie, HttpOnly) — keeps staff signed in to the admin panel; never set for visitors.
• iktex-theme, iktex-a11y (localStorage, until cleared) — the light/dark theme and accessibility settings you selected.
• iktex-chat-v1 (sessionStorage, until the tab is closed) — your conversation with the online assistant, so it survives moving between pages.

3. Preferences

• iktex-hero-video, iktex:solid (localStorage, until cleared) — which home page video and decorative 3D shape you saw last, so the next visit shows a different one. Without consent one is picked at random.

4. Analytics

Error reports sent from your browser to Sentry when part of the site fails, so we can fix it. The Sentry script sets no cookies; reports contain no IP address, cookies or form content. Without consent the script is not started.

5. Media

Content from other providers: product and news videos (YouTube via youtube-nocookie.com, Vimeo with "do not track") and the office map on the contact page (Google Maps or CARTO). When loaded, these providers receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own policies. Without consent a placeholder is shown instead, with a button to load the content.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, but your choices will not be remembered. How we handle personal data in general is described in our privacy policy.
