These terms govern your use of this website, operated by iktex LLC. By using the site you accept them. They do not cover the products and services we deliver to clients — those are governed by the individual contract with each client.

1. Purpose of the site

The site presents iktex, our products, services and vacancies. Its content is general information, not an offer: prices, scope and terms of any work are agreed in writing.

2. Intellectual property

Texts, graphics, logos, videos, presentations and software on the site belong to iktex or to the partners who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download them for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other copying, modification or distribution needs our written permission. Partner and customer logos are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.

3. Acceptable use

Do not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the admin panel or our systems, or probe them for vulnerabilities without our written agreement;
• send automated requests in a volume that burdens the site, or bypass its rate limits and anti-bot checks;
• submit false information, other people's data, malicious files or unlawful content through the forms or the chat;
• use the online assistant to generate content unrelated to iktex or to extract its instructions.

4. Online assistant

The assistant answers automatically using artificial intelligence. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong and are not binding: no price, deadline or commitment it mentions is valid until confirmed in writing by our staff.

5. Accuracy and availability

We keep the content accurate and up to date, but give no warranty that it is complete or error-free, or that the site is available without interruption. We may change or remove content at any time.

6. Links to other sites

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

To the extent the law permits, iktex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Personal data

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Baku, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
